I don’t have any pictures of what our envelopes looked like with clear lables, but it worked very well for us. I used the 2×4 clear labels for our invitations going out – which allowed me to make them “look pretty.” I used the 2/3 inch high ones for our return addresses on the invitations, and I used something in the middle for our response cards. They pretty much completely disappeared on our standard white envelopes.

MrsPhishBee:  I don’t have pictures (), but I LOVED the clear labels.  I think they looked great and they were very easy to print on, no troubles as long as I used the right label template.  We used the Avery labels that were pretty large.

Is printing directly onto your envelopes an option? It was so easy to set up and mine looked soo good that way! Much better than a label.

We also printed directly onto our envelopes.  You can pick all sorts of fonts and it looks lovely! It really wasn’t much effort at all to do it.  We have one of those all in one HP printers and there was a setting for envelope.  Just line it up and Print.

MrsPhishBee:  I guess I only had 50 to do so it wasn’t bad. Just spent an evening printing them once I figured out my layout. I’d be dreading sticking the labels… so hard to get it straight.

hyzenthlay:  that’s exactly what I did, except the return address labels were 1 inch high. Worked like a charm!
