I found a site called snuggle shoes, which I loved, because I assmed all their shoes would feel like slippers! I may be wrong. They have a load of different brands my favorite is pink. They have a few on here that are enclosed toe but still wedding shoes, and most of the shoes on this site are dyable, so you can have whatever colour you like, or dye them later. I’ve bought pink perfume and plan to dye them black or red after the wedding and keep wearing them. They are cushioned and very comfy.

I really liked this style too before I got mine.

Ivory Satin & Lace Vintage Style Bridal Wedding Shoes

Or any of the vintage feel ones that are about.

My dream shoes were these, but I coudnt stomach the cost.

Rachel Simpson Mimi Ivory Vintage Wedding ShoesJust love a bit of gatsby!

I’ve bought the Rainbow Club Simone shoes.

They’re a pretty high heel (4 1/2 inches), but because of the platform at the front it only feels like 2 1/2 inches so pretty comfortable (I hope!). They retail at £79 and can be dyed to a different colour after the wedding.

Hmmm, how about the Ella ones from that brand? Probably satin underneath but totally covered in lace. They’re £85. I know what you mean about the staining – I’m very very carefully trying to practise dancing in mine at the moment to see if I can manage our first dance in them. Difficult to get the balance between wearing them in and keeping them new looking lol

@chronicwhimsy Hi sorry Im not much help but Im also from the UK and interested in this as I am having the exact same problem as you, I brought a pair of Rainbow shoes that are peep toes in the sale and yes they are really really comfortable on the soles of the feet and around the heel but, I too have quite wide feet so they are pinching from my toes forward and I cant find any I like that arent peep toes!
