Show me your non-ivory/white shoes with your wedding dress! (Or your inspiration pictures!)
If you went with colored shoes, how did you pick your color? Match bridesmaid dresses? Match flowers? Match something else? Match nothing else?
I absolutely love the Nina electra in red...
I haven't bought those though, I think I'm gonna go more conservative ivory, or white. :-/

@lrwedd...wow, those look so much like the Stuart Weitzman's I bought...and I am sure a heck of a lot cheaper! I loved them and will definitely wear them again.

These are my shoes, got them from Dillard's. I matched them to our wedding color, which is also the same as my flowers and the BM dresses. I'm going to use a crystal and pearl shoe clip on the toe for the wedding too.
I wore these orange beauties. Love, love, love them -- and have worn them several times since.

I want a pair of satin peep toe heels in like a dark magenta/purple. The color is Sangria from DBridal.
Martinez Valero Orli in French Blue. I chose them because they match the bridesmaid dresses perfectly but I'm a little nervous about walking in them!

I love all these shoes...Im having massive shoe trouble because my fabulous fiance is SHORT! ugh I need 2 inch heels or less. Boooo
@redsoxgirl8, My FH is short too. I have probably 1/4 inch on him (although he never admits it!). There are shoes out there for men that have a little extra padding in the heel (look for Active Air shoes or something like that) that'll allow you to wear heels a little over 2 inches! Mine are 2.5 and FH and I are the same height when we're wearing our shoes! (Or at least close enough for photos!)

My wedding colors are fushcia and gray. Bridesmaids are wearing gray dresses and bright pink shoes. The guys are wearing light pink and gray ties and argyle socks.
I thought my shoes would be a good combo of what everyone else is wearing!
Here are my babies! I got so many compliments and they were under $40!!! Matched my flowers and wore them right up until the daddy/daughter dance was over...then EVERYONES shoes came off:)

Wow, great colors! I ended up with ivory shoes, but now I'm beginning to wonder if I should get a second pair just cause I love that burst of color.

Hey waiting bee...I got really lucky and got them on sale at Nordstrom last spring! (many things to weddingbee!!)
i am JUST NOW getting serious about buying my shoes as my dress is in! and i found out that i need to 3.5 inch shoes so that i can avoid getting my dress hemmed! lols.
i'm going with one of these 'styles' as it's my favorite color and part of my wedding colors as well! ;)
whfields - I'm going black too! Originally, I had cobalt blue shoes but I decided to go in a different direction. My dress is tea length so I wanted really fabulous shoes since everyone will be able to see them. I fell in love with these Badgley Mischka's. Style is called Hyde.

I found these at Payless on sale for about $7, which actually fits in my little budget! They don't particularly match anything; we are having a fall wedding and the BMs are wearing cinnamon-colored dresses. But, I have been wanting a pair of sassy red pumps to jazz up any outfit (because Stacy and Clinton say every girl should have some!), so it works out. I'm encouraging all of the BM's to do the same: find a pair of shoes that you like and want and would be able to wear again and buy those; kill two birds with one stone. The style and color don't matter to me at all as the dresses are floor length. And I kind of love the idea of a picture all of us lifting our dresses and have completely different styles and colors of shoes peek out! :)

@Missjyc: Where did you find those fabulous yellow pumps??? I've been having a heck of a time finding anything decent. I really like the top one.
So far, if I can't find anything I really want in yellow, so I'm thinking about going nude Miss Dior. I've wanted a pair for years and can definitely reuse those girls many times over!
@missjyc, I wish I had seen those yellow pumps a few months ago! I was searching everywhere for them. Beautiful shoes.
