I love love corset backs!! Which is of course why I bought one!! I have the Maggie Sottero Lorie dress and I’m wondering if I should wear a bling sash with it or not!
I would love to see the back of your dresses with a sash/belt tied in a bow or sewn into the corset!<br />Also, let me know which way you prefer for sashes, sewn into the corset or tied in a bow

Ooo…I wanna see too! I was thinking I might just put the ribbon through the bottom holes and tuck it into with the corset strings as a kind of…not sewn in but no bow option, but I haven’t experimented to see how that looks yet.

I had a corset back with a thin belt that I had sewn in. As you can see from the back, you can’t see anything at all:
And here’s the belt from the front:

Lisasaurusrex: I like the loop idea. I felt like mine was always moving and I had to adjust it.

Here is my belt sewn into the back corset 🙂

I’m going to be threading the sash ribbon through the corset ribbon – that way it will stay in place. 🙂
Here’s a couple of pictures from my last fitting, not sure if you can see exactly what I mean about the threading.

Here is my dress! The belt came with it, and it’s sewn in to the dress. That might be easier so you don’t have to worry about it coming loose throughout the day, although the other ladies had good ideas to keep it in place.
Ignore the black clip on my butt holding me into the dress 😛 This was then I tried on the sample!

The best looking bows are not tied but sewn (yet they look like they are tied), just much neater and better form. I have a lousy picture here, sorry – I have only this 1 photo of this back:

Here’s mine. The sash that came with it is way too big so we had altered it abd made it clip together at the back
