I bought my flower girl dresses last year after Easter, from JCP…. My nieces loved them, wanted to try them on and spin around in them all the time ๐Ÿ™‚  The 4 year old’s is green and blue plaid… Then the 2 year old wore the “infant” style (The 4 year old’s was the toddler style) in blue and purple plaid… Those were my three colors so it was perfect ๐Ÿ™‚

This is the dress i got for my girls.  In ivory. I took out some of the silver petals and put in dark purple.  My colors are Purple and silver. Looks so cute!

Our little lady will be wearing this dress in July.  (If it fits then!)  The best part… it was $12!

@ArmyWifey8.23:  We have a store here called the Real Canadian Superstore – it’s mainly a grocery store etc, but they have clothes too.  (Kind of like a Wal-mart Superstore).  Joe Fresh is the brand name.  It was regularly priced $19, but I bought after it had been discounted. ๐Ÿ™‚

I chose a pretty simple dress for the flower girl. I thought it was really pretty, loved the illusion neckline and I know my 5 year old FG would be comfortable in it, instead of massive amounts of tulle.

I can’t find my camera or a picture of my daughter’s flower girl dress online… it’s very similar to this one in all ivory but I’m adding a lapis sash and gerbera daisy.

She’ll be 21 months at the wedding and one of the best parts about her dress is that it has a matching dress for her baby doll! She carries her baby everywhere so I’m going to have her carry her down the aisle. We tried it on her today and she’s so stinkin’ cute :)!

I plan on making skirt like these with champagne/beige/ivory colored tulle and having the girls (2) wear leotards underneath. I think they’re so cute, and cheap!! I found 3″ x 25 Yard Rolls of Tulle online for a little over $1.

@ArmyWifey8.23:  Thanks! I certainly did not want the “traditional” white business – No offense to other brides! Just not my thing ๐Ÿ™‚
