$50 from Zappos. Super comfy, especially after I added Dr Scholl’s. 3 inch heel.

I got these flats from Marshall’s for something like $20 last year and wore them a few times before I decided to save them for wedding shoes. They’re super comfortable.

Okay, so this is going to sound ridiculous, but look into Crocs. That’s right. Crocs. Those ugly garden shoes that are stupidly comfortable, the same brand actually makes some cute ones too. And they are just as comfortable! I am a shoeaholic and wore 3 pairs of shoes on my wedding day. (My ‘wedding shoes’ were tall stilettos, wedges I owned previously for the outdoor portion and croc wedges for when my heels had killed my feet and they were sore). I liked that idea so much more than putting on flats and having my dress 4″ too long, instead I only lost 1″ in height but could wear those shoes all day! The ones I got, while casual and not the prettiest, did exactly what I needed them to and could be dressed up with some shoellery or a bit of DIY. They have several styles in different heights if you are wanting some height while being comfortable. Not for everyone, but thought I’d put it out there. There are limited sizes in sandals now but they will come out with a new line for spring. If you google Croc Wedges (granted, there are some really bad ones) but some may be acceptable depending on how formal your wedding is.

I wanted a pair of Kate Spades but ended up finding the same shoes with a smaller heel from J Renee. Pretty comfy!

These aren’t the ones I wore, mine were higher but just as an example.

Here are mine! I actually have a sensible pair and a fun pair. I’m not sure which ones I’ll wear yet but I love them both 🙂

These are Kate Spade “Sala” – the heels are 2.75″.

These are Jimmy Choo “Tabina” and the heels are 2.5″.

I consider mine to be medium, personally. They are from DSW for $49.95 (I actually had a $20 off coupon too). They come in silver & gold, but aren’t a solid color. I got silver & the threads are a mixture of silver, gold, & ivory. They are sparkly but don’t have glitter, sequins, or rhinestones…there’s a sparkly thread weaved in. They have a 3 1/2 in heel with a 3/4 in platform,  so they’re really comfortable.
