Ooooo! I wish I’d added that to my tables. I didn’t know what it was called. Thanks for the tip. Beautiful!

There are DIYs how to turn regular glass into mercury glass tutorials and it looks relatively easy and cheap.  I am so into giving this a try!

I didn’t use mercury glass as my centerpeices but I did have some larger vases with floral arrangements.  We used them for aisle markers and then later in our reception decor.

I don’t have a photo of a mock-up or anything, but there are all my mercury glass “vessels” I’ve collected over the last few months.  I cleaned out my local Marshall’s and TJ Maxx’s right after the holidays when they had a ton of this, but they seem to always have it.

My colors are green, silver, and black/white.  I’m going to be putting green hydrangeas in some, and candles in others.

@renwoman:  Thanks.  I’m pretty sure my florist hates me because they’re all different.  He’s openly stated that he “Hates Pinterest”.  I think he needs to embrace Pinterest, and he’d probably have better business!

@lizzybeth5807:  Are you in Texas? I am the TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods mercury glass stalker and would probably push my cart into you in the aisle if you tried to get a vase I needed. Hahahaha, actually I have about as much as you do. I wish we were close to each ther so we could share!

@Miss Leopard:  Haha awesome!  No, I’m in PA… kind of wondering what I’m going to do with all this mercury glass after the wedding (although according to my florist, it will all be ruined)  My mom has staked her claim in a few already 🙂

@lizzybeth5807:  Is your wedding in October of 14? I would buy from you and pay shipping if it was before mine. Mine is March 2014
