FutureMrsB123:  I was just talking about this with ny husband the other day….wouldn’t it be cool if I could be more of a minimilist and live in a modular home– like one of those really small ones that’s almost travel-able (I might have juse made that hyphenated word up LOL)…..but it doesn’t really fit our current lifestyle.

Would love to see pics of others though!

FutureMrsB123:  I think it’s pretty cool.  I kno wmy husband could do it– and realistically, I *could* do it (become more of a minimilist, that is)- it would just have to be an overhaul.  It’s not like I am a horder, but over time (I’m 33) I’ve obviously collected/been gifted quite a few things.  We also have a 6 year old…who has toys.  So there’s that.

I don’t consider myself a materialistic person– I *can* live without “things”, but I also have to admit- I enjoy shopping LOL

Mimiz:  Those homes are gorgeous! Showing them to my husband. We’ve talked about buying some property and building eventually. I think he’ll like the designs as a starting off point!

Mimiz:  These are the coolest homes (IMO) and I am sort of obsessed with them now!  But they don’t do our state 🙁

FutureMrsB123:  Bah! We are twins– I don’t care about clothes pretty much at all!!  But I love new detergents, household items/upgrades/etc…..

I’m sort of a home-body, which probably explains why I don’t care about clothes and like house items LOL

We have a lot of modular homes in my area and some of them are super cute! You would never guess that they are “double wides.”

My house is a 1930’s Sears Roebuck house…my SO’s grandparents bought it through the Sears catalog in 1936 I think…anyway, a few years ago he totally gutted it and it is beautiful.
