@ananabanana:  I love my MCo ring!  There are a billion Moissy threads.  Just search “weddingbee moissanite” etc.  Here’s my MoissaniteCo eng689 in Palladium with a 1.25c Classic/unenhanced Moissanite in size 6.5.  Which ones are you thinkinb about?  Or what’s your style in general?

Here’s mine! The ring came from Etsy but the stone came from MoissyCo 🙂

No picture yet, as the ring is still being made, but we got ours from Joseph Schubach Jewelers  after reading the mixed reviews about MoissyCo. I also liked it because there were more options where I could get a diamond band/halo with a moissy center stone.

I have a 7 mm unenhanced moissanite in my halo. I love my stone, and I loved going through MoissaniteCo. They’ve always been very prompt and effective at helping me with my requests, including fixing an issue with the side stones free of charge over 6 months after I received the ring. If you choose them, just don’t use live chat. People always complain about customer service over live chat, but I’ve found email to be a very effective way to get great help.

I have had not such great experience with MoissaniteCo… I can’t complain about the service itself, but the lagging response via email was the most frustrating.  If I’d ask a few questions, it never failed that at least one question was left unanswered.  (I was ready to buy that day and have expressed to Chris, my sales rep.)

My waiting for their reply was on an average 24-36 hours… and still, to this day, I haven’t heard from him about another concern. I am not a difficult person.. I just am so new to Moissanite.  I have been a lurker here and other sites like this for awhile and have researched and read as much as I could to arm myself of as much knowledge so that I may make my purchasing journey as smooth as possible.  I have asked a total of 12 questions since July 9th and am still waiting for that one last reply since two days ago.

I finally gave up and out of utter frustration, I went with Schubach Moissainte yesterday and was able to… get this… SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!  Her name is Beth and was wonderful to work with.  I purchased a FB 3ct Tiffany Legacy inspired halo the same day I spoke with her.  She was able to answer all of my 12 plus questions in a matter of 15min and was confident to spend over 2k.  They also DO NOT have a restock charge as with MoissaniteCo.  Should I not like my ring that should be on her way,  I can return with NO RESTOCK CHARGE!

I have not seen my ring in person yet, but have to say that having an option to be able to speak with a live person on the phone, live chat and email is comforting… (I could just be old fashioned)

Moissaniteco ring…14 kt yellow gold. 1.25 center….50 ct side stones. i have unenhanced and definitely recommend enhanced. i have had me ring since last November. no chips…scratches or fogging. still looks as good as the day i bought it. don’t worry about quality workmanship with Moissaniteco. in a few months i plan on upgrading to forever brilliant Moissanite stones.

dont worry about purchasing a moissy ring, they are awesome, durable twice as sparkly and are a cost effective alternate! to me they also seem to stay cleaner looking for longer. i love mine-i told hubby thats all i ever want from now on. lol but heres mine 1.10 ct eq on 4.5 finger set in palladium

@MunsterCat:  Is the ring on your middle finger a colored stone? It looks purple.. I’m sitting on the moissy fence, and I’ve already gotten a few brow-furrowed responses when telling people that we’re looking into moissanite as an alternative to diamond. If I get a moissy, I plan to tell anyone about it who asks, but for those who don’t approve of diamond alternatives, I’d rather it just look like a diamond and not have to say anything at all.
