Those look very pretty!

Our ceremony was about 5 minutes long so we didn’t have programs… it would have taken them longer to read them than for us to get married!

Those are SO pretty! I just adore that script your names are written in.

Initially we weren’t going to do programs but as we started writing/compiling the ceremony and asking family to speak, we thought it would be helpful. Then I realized I could also do that trendy “thank you” thing on the back. The two sides’ designs aren’t really cohesive but, here’s me not caring… 🙂

Like you, I used MS Office to create them with a few free fonts found on the internetz. I had them printed at Vistaprint and then about a month later one of my bridesmaids backed out (wth, right?). I’m not even gonna bother reprinting them.

We aren’t having any… I figured we always go to weddings and get them, they go in your bag that night and in the bin the next day!

I liked the wolfpack program template but my FI immediately nixed it as “too snarky” so he created one (he’s a writer.)  I don’t have it to post but I can post the Order of Service.

Prelude (Weezer songs b/c FI is a huge fan) – Groom & Groomsmen stand at the altar – Bridesmaids & Bride walk down the aisle to (Wherever You Will Go by Charlene Soraia) – Ceremony (standard vows w/ ring exchange then short personal vows) – Recessional (If I Ever Leave This World Alive by Flogging Molly)

@jessc4343:  You have no idea how much of a “whoah” moment i just had… I am also marrying a Stephen (being a Jessica) and we are having bunting as our decoration theme also… (navy and white nautical though).

We should have planned our weddings together and just bulk bought stuff!!!

*i am joking, but also, talk about super convenient!*

@ERsax:  & it’s a Stephen with a PH? *cue Twilight Zone music*

I love the nautical look; I could’ve compromised a little, especially to save some dollars!

@jessc4343:  I’m pretty sure that one and My Name is Jonas is also on the list for the prelude.

@jessc4343:  Yep! Stephen with a PH. Does your Stephen get asked about the spellinh all the time? or just have people speel it with a V all the time?

Gotta love twilight zone happenings!!!

@ERsax:  He doesn’t usually correct spelling (that I’ve noticed) but he WILL correct you if you call him Steve.

@beachbride1216:  Maybe he can save “Greatest Man” for his entrance into the reception, lol

@jessc4343:  Nope we’re using “We Are Sex Bob-Omb” from Scott Pilgrim.  But the reception music is littered with Weezer.  Thankfully I have liked Weezer since high school which was years before I met my FI.  We went to the two day concert (Blue Album & Pinkerton) last year at the Hard Rock Orlando.  It was amazing!

@beachbride1216:  If I happen to be in the area, I’m crashing the eff out of your wedding. I’ll be the tall one singing along but by myself.

I designed our programs and DH printed them at his work. So they were only .44 cents each. I printed them on heavy, glossy white cardstock bought a edge round cutter (not sure if that’s the right name) and rounded all the corners. Here is the digital version….
