...I mean the ones that cannot be bought out of a standard store or look so different that it cannot be easily duplicated.
FI and are are looking for rings now. I currently have a gorgeous, yet simple e-ring, but he knows it's not what I have my heart set on. We have been to a few stores and looked online, but all the rings look the same, or are currently trendy. He really wants me to have a unique ring. I hope I havent offended anyone, but I really want a ring that breaks the mold. I love all rings and my purpose is not to insult any rings, I just want to find the right one for me.
We saw a ring the other day that was really gorgeous and the lady said it was custom made by a jeweler. Is that possible? I would love a colored stone, but the color I selected first (blue) seems to also be very popular right now, so I may stick with white.
Anyone out there with a really unique (not to you, to others) E-Ring/Wedding Ring.
I would love some inspiration!!

Does this count? Antique, but it can be replicated. I have only ever seen 1 other person with a similar ring and she was in her 80's. I stalked her and asked to see her wedding ring to match :-)
It's totally possible to have a ring custom made by a jeweler! Mine was (though it's not too far from the typical diamond solitaire). Here's a link to the place FI used. It's in Seattle, but if nothing else, you can get some inspiration!
Here's mine! Platinum with two pink diamonds set in rose gold
pink diamond chips on either side, also set in rose gold, etching on the sides
This is my wedding set. I've already been posting pics of them like crazy, but I always get compliments on how unique they are, so I'll show them off again!
Both rings were custom made by the same jeweller. I designed the e-ring with the single stone, and he designed the wedding band to complement it.
@Miss Sydney: Very pretty! I love that the ring style has history. Rings used to have great style. I am even considering estate jewelry to satisfy our desire for uniqueness.

Here is mine! I love it, I was walking by the local jeweller and told FI that I had found my ring :)
I think mine is unique. I've only seen a few princess stones set like this, and they were both on here and not real life. It could definitely be copied, though. I don't have a pic of the side, but it is cathedral set which adds to the look of it in person.
EDIT: GAH! Sorry it's huge, don't know how to fix :(

I always get told that my ring is so different. And it is truly one of a kind. My fiance designed it with a jeweler. There are lots of details in the setting that I haven't been able to capture with a camera.

I think mine's pretty unique. It was made by a custom jeweler where I live. I love that it was once a lump of carved wax and gold pellets all melted down to make my ring. I was considering a colored sapphire at first (loved orange) but FI wanted something traditional so he had a diamond and 2 blue sapphires set into the band. 
@crh1729: I love love love love your ring!! I saw it on Zales website, and showed it to SO. I love the vintage style of it. I am so excited to see it on a real bride, because you can never tell the size or appearance really from their pictures.
Mine is a claddaugh, which is a traditional Irish engagement ring, but I still think it's pretty unique here in the States.
I have a pink sapphire round-cut solitaire in a cathedral setting. I wanted it to look like a traditional engagement ring so people would recognize it for what it was, but with a pink sapphire. And I absolutely love it. I love the color!
My wedding band is an eternity band with white sapphires. Next (hehe) I'd like to have a pink sapphire eternity band to go under my wedding band....
Once I get a decent photo of the two, I'll post it.
@runnerbeez: Aw! Yay! And yeah, I had actually never seen it. We just randomly wandered into Zales one day, I was originally looking at a ring at Gordon's Jewelers and drove about 3 hours out of my way to see it, only to later find out that Gordon's is a sister company of Zales and I live twenty minutes from one..
So we went into the Zales and looked at it again, and the lady said "We got this one yesterday" And I fell in love. I just really don't like the wedding band it comes with. Mine has a gap at the top. So I'm currently in the market for a new band. Haha
Long story but I'm glad you like it and I hope you get the ring of your dreams! :D
I've posted my ring so many times on here, but so many people have told me how 
unique it is so here it is!!!
maybeebecca: I almost went with a claddagh ring, I was born and raised in Scotland where it's not unheard of to have this an an engagement ring- I love the whole symbolism behind it.
