Are thinking of STD with just text or maybe one with a photo?

I went with PearTreeGreetings as they were like $1 each. We took our own photos. Sadly that entire wedding was cancelled due to my dad dying (he eventually passed away). We had to call every single person we sent them out to and tell them it was not happening.

It was a pretty photo at least!

bootsky: Thank you, that is very sweet of you.

He died on 6/1/2012, and the old date on the STD was 7/14/2012 (aka 45 days). He was given a 4-6 month time frame and did pass away at the 4 month mark. Very sad.

We’re glad we cancelled. I got to fly home often instead. I also learned I was not cut out to plan a wedding either. Thankfully we got $$ back.

Sorry to hijack!

Thank you!! I printed them off vista print using the rack cards I ended up getting 250 of them for 65$! So it was an amazing deal.

These are ours. They are foil pressed and we’ve had a lot of compliments, but the more I look at them the less I like them now!

These are ours – printed on linen paper from VistaPrint 🙂 designed and assembled ourselves. I got the magnets off ebay, as well as the diamontes. The ribbon is from a $2 shop. Apologies for blurry and possibly sideways pic!

My FMIL is a professional photographer, so she designed our STDs & ordered them through her printer. We absolutely LOVED them!

My advice is to use the Wedding Paper Divas website, which allows you to upload your photo into their template to see what kind of STD you want

We also used Vistaprint for our save the dates and printed on matte paper. We just used a photo from our engagement session and then a photo of the Atlanta skyline since that is where we’re getting married (ignore my computer keyboard in the background). We had a coupon for Vistaprint, so while they’re not the best quality, I’d say we’re overall happy with them because they were very affordable.
