I think I've posted these before on here, but here they are again- they were the first big gift FI ever gave me about 7 1/2 year ago, so they mean a lot to me! Plus, they give me super height, and they are soo comfy!
Your guys' shoes are so beautiful and fun!!!! Heres mine (as of right now!)
Luckyyou, I love those shoes. I considered ordering them in blue but I was afraid they wouldn't look formal enough. How do you like them?
These are mine!
@des salazar...those are gorgeous!!!! What brand/designer are they?
@Arineya...Now I'm interested to see what your dress looks like!!
I got these in pink!
I think I like them.... I have a similar flower at the waist of my dress. What do you all think though?
jyng, those are great! I like how simple and classic they are. I'd love to see what they look like in pink.
Here are mine - I just ordered them on Friday and they are shipping tomorrow, yay!
I've posted them in another thread but I love them so much!
Actual colour is a bit darker than what's in the stock photo. If I get a chance to get a good photo of them I will.
I knew I wanted to wear colored shoes and they couldn't have too skinny of a heel because the ceremony is taking place outside and I'll be walking on the grass. Best of all, the ruffle detail matches the trim of the bolero jacket that I'll be wearing with my dress.
@TaborBride (I understand post is all about the shoes) but that bolero jacket is just gorgeous!!!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=270501455379 I'm not sure how to post pictures, but these are the shoes I bought yesterday! (after reading someone's review on this seller on WB!) The heel is 4", I'm a little worried they'll be too high, but I HAD to give them a chance!
Well I started this thread to get some inspiration, and it was sooo helpful, I have now bought mine here they are.
Here are my shoes, Jimmy Choo. Believe it or not, I found my shoes before my dress!

simpleandchic - I've been in shoe love with those shoes for AGES now, but sadly I think they're way too tall for me - the fellas not that much taller than me and we both get a bit weirded out when I wear big heels and we're eye level so I'll have to find something in between I think! Can I ask did you buy those online and if so how did you go with sizing and/or returns policy??
Here is a pic that nicely showcases the red shoes I bought for my engagement photos. The blue shoes are my wedding shoes that I'll wear for photos and the ceremony. I don't have a picture of my reception shoes, but they look pretty similar to the ceremony shoes, just with a slightly shorter heel and no slingback - so not messing with that slingback all night.
Here are mine. I bought them in ivory. They are Martinez Valero's version of the Louboutin Petal Shoe.
This is perfect timing! after thinking I wasn't going to be able to get these shoes, I just got word that I am! Here they are...Kate Spade, velvet, open toe, sling back beauties! and the color is what I was looking for! The pic doesn't show the true Chartreuse color..but they are!
@Miss Sparklesspaniel I bought them for $215 ($US) from Heels, you can return them, just pay the postage. They fit true. @Vintage 2010 they were the shoes I was tossing up btw I still dont know if I have made the right choice as th Valero's look more comortable and I love the fact that they look like the louboutins Carrie wore to meet Big
I posted them before, but I love them so much! I got mine after stalking Shoes.com for about 2 months before they got my size. The only sad thing for other bees is that they are last year's style so they are not being made anymore
But they are Nina Shoes with a 3 1/2 inch heel, I'm 5'0 and FI is 6'5", so I need all the height that I can get
@simplechic- These are the ones I've had my eye on now for months and ended up buying another pair because I didn't go with my first gut instinct. I got home with them and they were not comfy at all. These Valero's I wore them standing in one place in front of the tv for about 15 minutes and they didn't bother me. They are taller then I normally would wear and so glad I returned the first pair.
Here are my shoes! Got them on Zappos.com. I was looking for something funky that would peek out from under my form-fitting dress with sweep train:
I had to be practical since my ceremony is outdoors-normally I would go for 5 inch, but I stuck with 4. I love metallic shoes and I know I will wear the again!
@missjayellegee - I found them at Holt Renfrew (a store here in Canada). I always knew if there was one thing I am spending money on for the wedding, it's shoes! Plus it's dyeable satin so I can definitely wear them afterwards.
These are mine, even better... they were only $23 from target.com & super comfortable!!
All along I thought I would get colored shoes, but these were too beautiful to pass up.
Here are mine:
Christian Louboutin Pour Monseiour in Cobalt blue...YUMMMMY!
@browneyegirl gorgeous!!! where did you order those from?
@jgkitty i LOVE the cobalt blue..i had wanted those in white to dye purple but couldnt find anywhere! great find...beautiful!
