Here are mine! I went to Nina Shoes & actually did the Design Your Own feature - so mine are baby pink with a 2.5" heel!! It wouldn't let me save it in baby pink!

Originally I bought a pair of closed toe silk shantung teal pumps, buuuuuuuut they didn't fit right & I kept dreaming of open toes... Then I found these babies last weekend. My dress was already hemmed, luckily they're not too different in height from my original choice....
Rosiegirl: I'm so jealous....I tried desperately to find knotted flats like that in blue (LOVE HunnyBear's color) but my big foot stopped that plan. I decided to match my BMs instead.

not going to lie - i kicked them off halfway thru the night. the front cut into the inside ball of my foot. The bottoms of them are very narrow and i think my foot spilled out a little bit when i busted a move. I switched to havainas.. then ruined my dress haha. But if you have more of an arch (i barely have anything) they should be ok.
Thanks RosieGirl I did but they didn't have blue. I now love my pink shoes so it's all good :-)
That stinks! I was definitely hoping for YES they were the more comfy shoes ever! Haha, but thanks for being honest. That's usually the case with a lot of heels, especially with dancing all night. Hopefully I'll be able to sweat it out one night without going crazy. Maybe I'll consider getting the gel inserts or something?

@stringer: I'm not sure if you're totally set on Kate Spade's but if you head over to Ninashoes.com & look at their "Design your own" feature you'll find that they have 5 different shoes you can change height of heel & color! Or you may even be able to find some in the navy you want, they have a huge color assortment! & they're pretty much all satin.
I love my shoes!

@allieinthecity - I got them from a British designer called Rachel Simpson. They're a great height for us ladies who aren't quite used to wearing heels!
Suddenly I want to change my colors to purple...but these shoes always make me feel so cute...im going to continue to be tickled pink
