We just found out that we have to buy our wedding bands this weekend for extenuating circumstances. I am trying to decide whether I want a white gold band or a rose gold band. This is my ring for referance. Can any of you ladies show me your pave rings with your white gold or rose gold wedding bands? Also, do you have an opinion on 1 band vs 2? Did anyone just purchase one and get a second later?

No one has a wedding band they want to share?

I have a pave ring like yours and I am going to wear it with two stacking rose gold bands (one on either side). They are plain, domed, with a satin finish. It really makes the center stone pop (much more so than a polished finish) and the color contrast is really nice.. I wish I could show you, but my man took the rings as soon as we got home from the jewelers and locked them away.. Apparently I’m not allowed to play with them til wedding day!

I’ll play! Mine are white gold. I almost went with rose gold, but I didn’t really like it as a set. Maybe as an anniversary ring someday…

I debated 1 or 2 bands as well. I ended up just getting 1 and I’m glad. When it gets hot my fingers swell and with the 2 rings it feels a little claustrophobic as it is so a 3rd ring might be too much for my finger. Athough, I’m sure you would get used to the feeling eventaully. Plus, like your ring mine has diamonds on all 3 sides. And if you stacked your 2 wedding bands on either side of your e-ring you are covering 3 sides, so a wasted ring almost! That was one of my crazy reasonings for not getting a 2nd band.

@isepink: Can I ask where you found rose gold SATIN bands? I like this look so much more than polished too!
@OP: I vote for rose just bc it’s more unique. It’s what I hope to get!
