I bought my dress online from Davids Bridal. It is super gorgeous in person, the pics do it NO justice. I received it very quickly in the mail, and am super pleased overall. Just waiting for my appointment to arrive so I can have it altered. And I forgot to mention, it was only $260! SUPER STEAL! SO...that being said, SHOW ME YOUR DRESSES BEES! :D

Beautiful dress and at a steal of a price.
These I got for $100 each. I decided on a different dress for the ceremony, but the short one I hope to wear for the reception.
My wedding dress is also from David's Bridal, style 9T9861. It is classic and elegant - I loved it so much more on me than I did when I saw it on the model online. Bought it for $250 once I had applied a $50 credit I received for signing up at a Bridal Show. :)
Oooooh those are all pretty! Not that I am cheap or anything, I just don't see the sense in paying thousands of dollars on a dress that's only gonna be worn for a few hours. I mean of course pictures are forever and it's YOUR day, but I'm just happy that I was able to find a GORGEOUS dress that didn't cost a lot. Now we can splurge on decor and maybe even our honeymoon. :)

So, in conclusion if you're looking for a nice dress under $500 go to David's Bridal :)
When I was dress shopping I was actually pleasantly surprised how many dresses were around $400-$700 at nice upscale bridal shops even.
My dress is a Winnie, it was $1200 but I got it on sale for $499

Those are all really great! I got mine at DB as well and it fits great with the feel of our wedding AND has pockets woohoo =) (oh and disregard the fuzzy pic & the hairpiece veil.. i've decided against it lol)
I THINK ALL OF YOUR DRESSES ARE QUITE LOVELY..I GOT MY DRESS FROM JCPENNY'S FOR $153.99 IN THE PROM DRESS SECTION...AND I PICKED IT OUT ALL ON MY OWN AFTER MY FIRST AND ONLY WEDDNG DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT A BRIDAL SALON.
I bought mine from the weddingbee classifieds for $320, after looking all over for a lace dress I could afford.
$100 off of eBay. A Nataya wedding dress. They normally go for $200 - $300.
Ours were both from a consignment store.

mine is from db - it used to have a bow, but i replaced it with a flower! it was $399.
I love all of your dresses! I'm so glad that we can find cheaper but still gorgeous alternatives to the THOUSAND dollar dresses some women HAVE to have. Don't get me wrong, it's up to them and of course it's your wedding dress, but I just think that purchasing a steal is a smart move. Some of us are just lucky I guess and run into our dream dresses that just happen to be inexpensive! :)

And bluespurs your dress is so awesomely vintage! I was torn between a sheath dress and a 20s/30s style.
I'm also a David's Bridal girl! My dress was only $299. The picture doesn't do it justice!

this is a demetrios dress usually costing £1,000 ($1,400) , but i ordered mine from China and got it for £165 (approx $200)

I just bought a dress online from J. Crew without trying it on yet on sale for only $298 (with taxes and shipping to Canada, it came to $414). I figure if it doesn't work out, I can return it. I really hope it works out though because it's so gorgeous and it is a good price!

@amnystik: Your dress looks a lot like the one the siser wore in 27 dresses, only without the sparkly modesty piece. Totally cute!
@kolsen206: I'm doing something similar to my dress. I've made an awesome royal blue/light blue/white fabric flower and put a blingy belt buckle in the middle. I'll remove the white flowers and put that on for the reception. :)
