This is adorable. Since the wedding, I am in need of a new project and it seems to be project organize house. Great job! Can't wait to see what other organized bees are up to :)
Eep, I have a clean house but I wouldnt say its "organised" I am always re arranging things to try and make it more practical, and then live with it for two weeks and rearrange because its not working.
Heres a site though that has helped me a be a little more organised though - she has great ideas!
Oh my gosh, I need this thread. I'm so sorry I can't contribute because believe me, no picture in my apartment would qualify
They're all disorganized spaces! Can't wait to see what the Bees come up with :)
LOL This looks like my classroom's art area- clean and neat!
This is my closet. I did it last yr, this is it without clothes in it.
@MissEdamame: damn. I think you are my long lost twin.
Marking this for later. I might take pictures of my newly renovated closets.
@MsMamaBear: Love the color of your closet!
I will have to try to remember to post later, I turned my second bedroom into a walk in closet
I don't have anything to share, unfortunately, but your photo looks great!!! I'm inspired!
I spent some time organizing my back hall closet and making a little wall organizer for our mail and calendar!
(i tried to rotate it, not sure why it wont!)
Here is the closet:
Ok - I dont know whats up with the sideways pictures...apparently I am not smart enough to figure it out!
@MsMamaBear: Love your closet!! I hope to be able to get a similar closet organization system someday. Which brand did you go with?
@jboltz19: Your scheduling wall is too cute. I really should get some sort of mail sorting bin for our front door.
@MissEdamame: The Container Store's elfa. I loved setting it up on the computer. It was expensive, but then it was pre-baby, so I had money to waste on fun stuff like that. Good thing I was quick.LOL
Good heavens, I am adult ADHD and I have never been, nor will I ever be that organized. Sigh! Even at work. I would be so lost without my lab assistants.
My... what?
Yeah, I don't have one of those :) But this is my haven/cave! It has... organizational elements. It's my craft cave, a present from my fiance!

I just finished finally getting all of the bottles, tubs, tubes, canisters, etc. organized in our linen closet. It was driving me crazy that everything was just haphazardly resting on a shelf, with a few of the items in bins, and DH and I could never find anything when we needed it (example: I found 3 different bottles of nail polish remover!). I'd had enough of searching too long for items that should be easily accessible!
So, I found bins that perfectly fit on this shelf in the linen closet, placed all of the items into various categories, printed labels, matted them on cardstock, and used clear packing tape to adhere them to the bins (so the paper would lie flat).
Yes, I'm aware my linen closet now slightly resembles the craft corner of a first grade classroom
. But it is so worth it to be able to find things when I'm in a rush to get ready in the morning.
What area of the house are you proud to have perfectly organized? Post a picture! I'd love to find new ideas for organizing other spaces in our house.
