Hi everyone,
Anyone with a lace dress (be it a little lace or a lot of lace) please post a pic. I love love love lace dresses and want to see all of the different styles. :-)
I'll start it off with my new Galina signature ....Lace with a small amount of beading
I love lace dresses too! I didnt think I was going to, but once I saw this dress it changed my mind. The brouch that is on here I will not be using, I have something that was my great grandmothers I will be using instead.

Opps, this is my first time posting and guess I dont know how to post a picture. Maybe this will work.
mine was a trumpet w/ a bateau neckline and a sweep train..very sophisticated and romantic La Sposa by Pronovias - Menorca
my pic was too big, but here's one on ebay
I actually thought it looked better w/o the sash, which made you have no waist..PM me if you want my links, as I'm not willing to share them "globally".
Mine is Casablanca 1971 - http://www.casablancabridal.com/collections/view/26/321 It's just my opinion, but I think the dress looks much lovelier in person. I don't really like how it looks on this model.
AliciaGray: Did you have your dress altered to be strapless? It is such a gorgeous dress, and literally made me sit up in my chair . . . of course, that could also be because you look unbelievable in the dress, too! :)
Mine is Maggie's Poppy. I won't be wearing the straps though, and I don't have the crinoline on in these pics, so bottom will be fuller. And I think I'm going to make the neckline a sweetheart. I never ever ever thought I would get a lace dress LOL. And it's ALL lace!
HB: I never thought I would want a lace gown either (or a sweetheart neckline), but that is all I can picture myself in for my wedding. :)
You look beautiful! And I love your dress (especially the way the edge of the overlay shows off the gorgeous lace detailing). Congrats!
Honeybun - Yours is so unique and awesome
aliciagray - That dress was made for you. It suits you perfectly
AFishCalledPuddles-
I bought this dress used from another weddingbee.com member and she did have the straps altered away. The dress does come with really pretty straps that give the back of the dress a dramatic v but I thought the straps were uncomfortable when I tried on a sample on and thus, finding a used version that had already been altered to my measurements without the straps was irresistable (1/2 the cost too!)
Thanks for the compliments:)
Mine's a Modern Trousseau. It's a little hard to see, but the original dress had straps, and mine will be made strapless. (Sorry for the scary picture - my sister took it with her iPhone and I did NOT know it was being taken!) It will be ready on January 5th - so excited to start fittings!

So many pretty dresses...I have such a soft spot for Modern Troussea!
these are all so pretty, i can't wait to try dresses, eventually haha!
sskatie who makes your dress?
Here's my gown!!!!! It is the Pronovias - Dagen :) I can't wait to wear it in only 6 months!
I never thought I'd have a lace dress... Now I hope my daughter wears it some day!
Mines an Ella by Essence i just bought it yesterday and although in the pic it is halter im going with strapless.
Mine is Vienna by Maggie Sottero:

Here is an older thread that is covering the same thing!

@Derbybride: I am getting married next summer and I purchased the exact same dress! If you don't mind me asking, what type of bustle did you use? If you had alterations done, were they difficult due to the couple layers? I know I have time to figure this out, but I like to have a general idea beforehand. Thanks!!
Mine only has some at the top and trickles down to the waste. I tried on a couple fully lace dresses that I loved. But I also love modern clean lines so I thought this was a great compromise!
Haha if my chest looks funny its because I tried to photoshop the sweetheart neckline lower. I didn't mean to upload that one...
Beautiful gowns ladies :-)
I can't believe I missed this post. Here are some pictures of the gown I will be wearing.
