Here's mine. I never get bored posting it! I still need to get a slip for the bottom so it poofs out more but you get the idea! Have you tried any mermaid/trumpet gowns on?
I haven't tried on, going next week. Yours is gorgeous and it fits you so well! This dress really shows the best of you! I really think I am going to like this style on me too! Which one is yours? (only if you don't mind sharing)

I love this silhouette and hope you find the inspiration you are looking for in this thread. The silhouette is the ONE thing about my dress I've always been 100% on.

Here is my dress, Mikaella 1406. I didn't realize until after I bought my dress how popular it is though! Still love it :) I'll be getting it in end of February so real photos to follow.

I had a love/hate relationship with my trumpet dress and changed into a different dress for the reception. It was a gorgeous dress, but I don't think it was meant to be MY dress. I felt much better in my a-line at the reception.
@tdizzle: I LOVE your fur!! Where did you get it? I'm getting married in February in Massachusetts, so I'm definitely going to need something to keep me warm!
Oh, and here's my dress. I love it, but it's awfully difficult to sit while wearing it!!

@bunnylovesbear: In fact our dresses are kinda similar now that I think about it. Mine just has a "fussier" bottom, and a bow.... but I am soooooooo LUSTING after your buttons down the back!! Mine stop right by my bootie. I have to agree with Ms. J26.... you should have NO doubts. Its a knockout!
The didn't want a strapless dress or a trumpet style dress at all and I was trying to avoid it but alas its what I ended up with.

edited to add: I see you are in England... so it's probably a Benjamin something right? I only know this because a friend of my british brother in law wore the same dress at her wedding a little while back, only it was a brand with Benjamin in the name. It's beautiful! :-)
@topaz925: Thank you so much! Honestly, the buttons were a HUGE deciding factor for me. I love how the follow all the way down the train of my dress. I'm having my seamstress personalize the top three buttons with K <3 M. I got the idea from this pic:
I can't wait to see how it comes out. My final fitting is on Jan 12th. Eee!! :)
