@JL4SM:  these are mine, I picked them up from online clothing website, they were £45 which I think is about $72. They for in perfectly with my ivory/black/blush wedding with lace accents.

These were the flower girl dresses for my recent wedding.   We got them online via a dept store and they were absolutely perfect!  They had a similar fabric overlay as my dress, they were ivory, and the pink flowers matched my wedding colors.  I think I paid $40 for each dress.  Bridal stores were charging over $200 for something similar!

Our DD’s dress (on the right) was made by a family friend. Including material and labour (and alterations on my dress), I think we paid $150. Our niece’s dress was a last-minute buy from Marshall’s (hence the reason it’s too big–on the left)… it was about $30.

@Anna10-05-2014:  SO cute!!! I was looking for a similar look, finally found something that fit all of my flower girls (we’re having 4!) at Nordstrom. All of the other tutu shops I found were for much younger girls.

Here you go! Our colors are aqua/tiffany blue and shades of pink (light pink and magenta). The bridesmaids are wearing tiffany blue dresses and carrying peonies that are different shades of pink. Flower girls will be wearing this blush pink dress, carrying white pomander balls with a magenta ribbon.

They cost around $150 from Nordstrom.

@PeachSnapple:  +1 Same here!

I also purchased my FG’s dress from a dept store.  The bridal salon(s) wanted to charge just as much for the FG dress as the BM dresses!  It’s 3/4 less material yet you want the same amount of money?  How does that make any sense!  April/May is communion time so after the New Year they will start putting those white and ivory dresses out.  I happened to wait until they went on sale so the $90 dress went down to $40.

@xdaydreams05x:  Exactly!!    And stores are always running sales to help move their merchandise, so getting a good deal on a few dresses is rather easy!

I’m surprised that more brides don’t buy their FG dresses at department stores actually.  There are so many colors and styles available, very easy to match to a bride’s color scheme and wedding theme.

These are my nieces in their FG dresses. I got them in the fashion district in downtown LA for $35 each. We got ones that resembled my dress 🙂

I bought my neice’s flower girl dresses from Walmart the X-mas before my wedding. I paid 40 bucks total for them. The plaid and bright colors fit the wedding perfectly.

I paid $39 each for my flower girl dresses from a local kids store. My theme for the wedding was baby pink and silver so they fitted in perfectly.
