When I read the title I was going to suggest a gift certificate for pedicure, since they rub your feet and it is probably hard to paint your toenails when you are pregnant. However, that would probably be in more of the $15-$20 range. Maybe you could find some comfy slippers?
For $5? Hmmm, that'll take some creative thinking!!!! I will get back to you if I come up with something good. :)

So, my FSIL is one of the hostesses of my shower, and I'm trying to find something around $5 to give them. I got them little trial sized lotions from B&BW, and would like to spend another $5 on them. I'd like to give her something for her, and she's pregnant, so I'd like to give her something for her that she'd enjoy.
