You could get them a nice bottle of wine or liquor depending on what they like :)
I did a piece of Arthur Court serving ware that I had engraved with their last initial for the host home of my couple shower.
I would choose a nice bottle of wine.
If you know their individual interests, you could do a gift basket- it doesn't have to be as large as this gardening basket.
OMG! am i supposed to buy my bridesmaids gifts for hosting a shower?! I had no idea! *sigh* another thing to worry about! its already difficult trying to decide what are good gifts to give for the bridal party in general!
@dianeanthony: I know exactly what you mean! I realized this one day last week and panicked!
I really like all these ideas! I love gift baskets and the Arthur Court one is especially right up their alley, thank you!

Ok, so I have a small dilemma. Our shower is pretty big (couples) and I have NO idea what to get my sister (& MOH) for having it. Her husband is helping out big-time and it's being held at his parents' home and I'd like to get them each a little something.
They're all very well-off and I've always had trouble picking out gifts for them, so my question is - what do you get the people who have everything they need as a thank you for hosting the party? I'm at a total loss of ideas. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
