I had about 30 at my shower with my family. My in-laws also threw a shower for me and about 20 people came (some of whom attended both). We invited a bit more than 200 to the wedding. So about a quarter...
All females invited to the wedding that are not out-of-town were invited to the bridal tea.
That was 260 invitations to the bridal tea and over 350 invites (750 people) to the wedding.
My daughter did not have a bridal shower, per se, due to the number of guests--but a tea from 2-4 on Sunday afternoon.
There were other showers (lingerie, tool/gadget, etc), but only very close friends and family were invited.

We invited 24 to one shower and 36 to another, from a wedding of 200 invitees.
I believe there were about 30 invited to my shower - approxiamately 20 that came - out of a wedding of 115 people. I come from a small family though (only one surviving grandma and and only one aunt who coudn't make it, no cousins).
I am going to invite 35 people to the shower. I assume about 30 will attend. I have a wedding of appox 160 people, so that is about 20%

Just got the list for a shower I'm hosting.....Of the people invited to your wedding, how many people did you invite to your shower? Would you also mind posting an approximate percentage of your wedding guests which the shower guests are?
