Weddingbee boards

My MOH has my shower all planned... but I told her I'd design the invites so she can get them printed. I'm more artsy/graphically inclined than she is, so it's all good by me. But... HOW DO YOU WORD SHOWER INVITES!?!? We're having a casual backyard BBQ at her house in July. BBQ and beer, yeah! :) We are providing the burgers, dogs, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, but have decided to make it potluck style where everyone else brings a side dish/salad/desert. Oh, and it's a couples shower, not a bridal shower. The thought of spending an afternoon in a roomfull of women tittering about is enough to make me want to.... well, you get the picture. How would you word the invitations? Oh, and has anyone else had a couples shower? How did it go?

 That's just my first shot at it, maybe you have some ideas and can change it up, but I think it's cute. :) Registry info is optional, but if you do it, I would either put it on a separate card, or in smaller text somewhere.

We haven't registered yet, we will probably do that either this weekend or next. I love the "lowdown on the hoedown" line... totally cute! :)
