I look about once a week. We didn't register for too much since we're hoping for cash to go towards our honeymoon.
And my shower is Spa themed so people were asked to stick to that. Cash towards a spa day, spa gifts, etc...
I didn't think I would become a crazy stalker...but I kinda have. I check at least every other day. But we haven't had to much action. I hope this means we'll get cash and not random gifts not on our registry.
