I’m on here quite a bit and am slightly embarrassed by this so this is obviously a “back-up” I guess?
So, FI and I take showers together, it’s quicker and our hot water heater sucks so we’re both able to have a hot shower. Well, this one time, FI was “in the mood” and so we tried it in the shower for the first time. Well it was awkward and quick but it happened. After, he looked at me and said, “oh god” he kinda slugged down and leaned against the shower and then fell on me, I’m small, he’s not fat or anything just bigger than me, and then he fell out of the shower onto the floor in between the shower and the toilet. And then he was just sitting there, kinda twitching. I screamed.. I had no idea what to do. I turned the shower off and jumped out and picked his head up and put a towel under him and wrapped him up in another one. I was about to grab my phone when he woke up and looked at me. He was just confused. So, I just helped him to the bed and gave him water. He seemed/s fine. He was a little weak for the rest of the day but he’s still okay. My dad’s a retired fire captain and he said that he got overheated and we just needed to shower with the door open from now on (obviously leaving out the intimacy part).
Has anyone ever had this happen?
Thanks for all your help, you’re very helpful on my true bee so I’m sure you’ll do the same.

@whoopsies: I am anemic and when I was younger, I would frequently pass out in the shower if it was hot. I take my iron religiously now and although I love HOT showers, I prefer not to wake up on the floor with a gash on my head, so I take warm showers now. But, I’d still recommend to have your FI see his doctor just to make sure everything is alright.

I second tootietoo2, it sounds like your FI should go to the doctor and find out what’s going on. If he’s never passed out before and has no underlying issues he should really have some bloodwork done and find out what caused it. That must have been really scary for you both!!

Hahaha that’s hilarious, not so much that you had to worry about him but the mental image was pretty funny.
FI and I shower and .. ahem play all the time and sometimes I feel a little bit weak after but nothing that bad. Maybe he was a little low on fluids before he got in there, I can imagine passing out if I didn’t drink water first. And try turning the water temp down a bit during the deed, the extra heat isn’t necessary because your bodies will heat up too.

@MrsSawyer: Yeahh, after all was good later it was hilarious. And he only had a piece of cake and a few sausage balls before the shower of death so it wasn’t the smartest.
The scariest part was when his eyes rolled back.
@tootietoo2: and @bakerella: That’s a really good idea. His family is really healthy all the way around except for dymensia. So it’s just really odd.
