You have to lose weight all over to lose inches in any ones spot. And usually the first place you gain is the last place you lose.

hgHowever you can work on gaining some muscle there (as well as all over) since on a lb for lb basis it takes up less space.

@ThreeMeers:  this is correct. It is nearly impossible to spot add/lose. Your body has a mind of it’s own, and you’re genetically predisposed to carry weight in certain areas. An overall diet and workout plan will reduce overall measurements, and you can target isolated muscle groups that will result in trimmer areas as you continue to lose weight overall.

eat fruits, veggies, little to no starches, drink a lot of water. Also, do lunges and power jacks.
