@FreckledFox:  I’m so in!

Who is waiting for Whom: I’m (im)patiently waiting for DH

How long have you been waiting: 2 or 3 months.

Shut-It Goal: As long as it takes to get him to start a conversation about kids without my prompting.

When do you expect to TTC: Novemberish.  He doesn’t want to put a date on it.

Why do you want to stay quiet: Just to give the man some well deserved peace and quiet!  I really don’t want him to feel pressured into such a big decision.  He just wants to make sure that we are the strongest couple we can be before we bring in baby cantwaittobe, and we can’t be at our full potential if I’m always talking about the future rather than the present.

Tips for Getting your Mind off of it: Run. Alot. Also feverishly posting on the bee ttc boards while he is at work :))

@FreckledFox:  Mine keeps saying that he thinks November will be perfect, but he wants us to start when we are ready, not when we hit a date on a calendar.  I just don’t know how to function without a date/goal!

Who is waiting for whom: I’m waiting for my DH

How long have you been waiting: I’ve had periods of baby fever ever since we’ve been married and in our house, but it has been stronger and more constant this summer.

Shut-It Goal: Not long after we were married, I said that I would at least like to start TTC by my 30th birthday, which is Sept 2014, but ideally I’d like to be pregnant by then.  He was on board with that so I’ll probably start bringing it up a bit more after Christmas.

When do you expect to TTC: Sometime in 2014.

Why do you want to stay quiet: See above.  We’ve already kind settled on a timeline so I don’t want to push it too much.  I know he wants a baby but I know he also wants time for just the two of us.  Plus we still have a ton of renovations to do to our house!  It’s not ready for a baby yet.

Tips for getting your mind off of it: Puppies!  We just adopted a 10 week old mini dachshund last week.  It’s like having a child in the house!  But puppy snuggles definitely cure my baby fever.  How could they not?!

@FreckledFox:  Not even knowing a season would drive me up the walls!  Actually I guess I don’t really know anything.  He keeps referring to November so I guess that’s why it is still sticking in my mind.

I already get to test my shut-it-up pact in a big way today.  DH and I are going to Toys-r-us/Babies-r-us to shop for my nephew’s birthday present.  I might need to be sedated for this.

@FreckledFox:  I feel ya.  My sis is preggers with her 3rd and she keeps begging me to get KU so we can be pregnant together.  Not helping the situation at all!
