I'm in Knoxville.  The site I gave you is to the Barn Event Center.  It's a great venue, it's a bit on the small size so if your having a large wedding, this may not be the place.  I'm a wedding filmmaker and I have shot there a couple of times.  I know a few others that I can reccomend as well if you want more info. 

there's Falcon Ridge Farm in Toone, TN and Heartwood Hall in the Memphis area.

Loveless Cafe in Nashville TN has just built an event barn in the back.  A little pricey but would be a barn and accommodate you.  The mill in Lebanon is an option as well as The Factory (although not a barn could give you more of that feel).  I think it is Loretta Lynn that has her house as an event space and it has the Barn feel and I think even opens up to the barn.  There is another barn here but I can't think of any at this time.  The key is to look at surrounding areas of Nashville, not Nashville proper...Hendersonville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, Franklin.  Good Luck!
