Its the Friday of a 3-day weekend...I went to a much needed Happy Hour after work, but now I'm working on my programs =( I miss my social life!

Any other brides feeling the same way? With the wedding less than a month away, I'm honestly excited for it to be over so that I can start doing fun things with my weekends!

I'm usually working on stuff on Friday nights as well but that's because my FI will play shows on some weekends for extra money. It's a nice way to spend the evening because usually I don't want to go out after working.

I do imagine I'll feel like I have a lot of free time after the wedding is over...guess I'll have to pick up a new hobby.

I loved working on projects, mostly because I kept thinkiing about how it's the only time I'll ever have to work on things for my wedding day. If you get tired of things, let some of it go! It may turn out great anyway.

For example, I had a really specific idea for my invitations, but instead of DIYing it, I  found an Etsy seller to make and fully assemble them (even stamp the replies and put them all in the evelopes). The price was actually less than getting them unassembled from a regular retailer or getting all the supplies and printing the components.

I also had all these complex guest book ideas (signature quilt/tablecloth, family tree with stick on leaves, special photo with a custom matting to sign), but in the end I went with a cute journal and I'm glad I did.
