I'm in the process of ordering the last of my paper products - ceremony programs and placecards.  However, I'd like to order some signage for the reception to match our other paper products, and I am kind of at a loss for what I would need signs for!  All I've thought of so far is

    1.  Cards (for our birdcage card holder)

    2.  Dancing Shoes (for our flip flop basket)

So my question to you is, what else do I need signs for??

The actual location of the building of our reception was somewhat hard to find so I made sure to have a sign pointing guests in the right direction.  Outside the reception building we also had signs saying Welcome to the Reception.

Are your bathrooms clearly marked?  Do you want a small sign for a bathroom basket?

I made the following paper products:

    STDs

    Invites

    Programs

Guest book sign (we did a photo guestbook so I wasn't sure it'd be obvious)

    Faux-to-booth sign

    Mr. and Mrs. signs

Signs regarding seating (that we're not separating sides)

    favor tags

I think thats it... I'm also contemplating a "drink menu" sign for the bar, and a menu for our rehearsal dinner.

Hmm...the bathrooms are definitely clearly marked.  But maybe I'll make signs for the bathroom baskets.  What should those say?  Please help yourself (??)

Oh, and I definitely wanted to make Mr. and Mrs. signs....thanks for the reminder for that one!

We had the following signs made: "Open Bar 6-11pm" (so that people were aware that there would be a cut-off for the last hour of the reception), a "Signatures Only Please" sign for our signature platter (we knew there wouldn't be enough room if everyone wrote a message on it), a "Cards" sign to put near the card box, and an "In Lieu of Favors...." sign so that our guests were aware of the donation we made.  Hope this helps!

    Signs for:

    Guest Book

Escort cards (I know that people know what these are, but whateves)

Popcorn Bar ("Life is salty, but love is sweet"!)

    Mr/Mrs (for our chairs)

Cupcake Shop (for people to ID their cupcake choice)

Ribbon wands (so people know to grab one and when to wave them)

    Menu (one framed per table)

    Drink Menu (for the bar)

    Whew...that's a lot more than I thought!
