Hello Fellow Bee’s!!
My fiance and I want to do a signature cocktail, but are wondering what is “too much” and what would be “too little”?!
We will be supplying our guests wine at the wedding, but they will have to pay for any other alcoholic drink they may want (we will have a bartender with beer, spirits, etc).
I would like to just supply one signature drink per guest, and was thinking of having the waiters serve the signature cocktail right at the beginning of the cocktail hour. The bartenders would pre-make these for the guests.
We are considering either a Snow White Martini (vanilla vodka, white creme de cacao & white chocolate liqueur) or White Cosmo (white cranberry juice, vodka & Cointreau).
Is it acceptable to only serve one of these cocktails per guest, or will they be expecting more than one?
Thanks for all your help ahead of time!
