In typical Canadian fashion, we are planning on signing the registry as part of the ceremony. Because we are having a destination wedding, our on-site wedding planners are a little confused about the type of table/chair and the set up for this. Is this really so odd? I’ve never been to a wedding where they DIDN’T sign the registry.
Anyway, does anyone have any photos of their set up for an outdoor ceremony that I could show our coordinators?

Do you need to have chairs? We signed our license at the wedding but we just leaned over a table to do it instead of sitting.

This is a uniquely Canadian phenomenon, as far as I know. Assumign your Destination Wedding is outside of Canada, do you have photos from past weddings in general to show the on-site people what you’re talking about?
FWIW, when I went to my first Canadian wedding, I was super confused by the whole thing until my mom explained it to me. So maybe it’s just something that needs a little extra explanation.
