in regards to your blankets maybe instead of giving them to guests or if there are some left over giving them to charity or an op shop so they can help someone in need.

We'll have a couple of things we'd like to encourage our guests to take home. The first are blankets that will be used at a picnic we're hosting prior to our wedding. The second are parasols for the ceremony and cocktail hour, to help shade guests from the sun. Both items will be around 1 for every 2 guests.
Does anyone have any sample signs you could post (for other items or favors) that indicate to the guests that they should use items/favors and also take them home? Something like: "Please shade yourself, and feel free to bring one home."
Or suggestions for something cute to write on each sign (one for blankets, one for parasols)?
