www.petalgarden.com sells freeze dried and silk. The site also has a comprehensive explanation of what type is best under what circumstances. Freeze dried are recommended for outside because they don't necessarily need picked up afterward. At least, if you miss one, or it's a windy day, it's not a big deal. I'd hate to see you get a littering citation on your wedding day. The site has pictures of the freeze dried petals as well.

Hi, I'm wanting to use rose petals to set off the aisle at my beach wedding. I see that alot of people us silk petals, but I'd rather not use something that requires extensive cleanup or is not environmentally friendly. I saw online that some places sell biodegradable freeze dried petals. Does anyone know about these? What is their quality like? Do they look real, how long do they keep, anyone else out there have a preference between the two?
Thanks!
