My wedding colors are apple and tangerine with gold accents. My flower girl will only be three at the time of the wedding. I am not sure if she will throw the petals the way that I would like, so I'm thinking of having the runner pre-placed and having some red petals lining the aisle on both sides. I was also thinking of making the petals in her basket the tangerine color and have her throw those down the middle of the aisle. So, I won't have people walking on my roses, but there will be enough to be seen too. What do you ladies think? I thought about mixing the tangerine with the red, but I think I like the way the contrast between the ones on the outside and the ones in the middle would look.
I have included a picture of how it'll look when everyone else walks down the aisle. The one with the lavender petals in the third set of pictures.
