Silkandmore has ABYSMAL customer service.  I contacted the Seller multiple times about my concern that the robes would not arrive in time, and received one-line, noncommittal answers.<br /><br />I ordered the robes 14 weeks in advance.  Her site lists the average turn around between 6-7 weeks, which wasn’t even close.  I received the robes the DAY before my wedding. My in-laws had to delay their travel plans to wait for the package.<br /><br />She goes by your wedding date, not when she received your order.  So that means that someone can order after you, and they will get processed first if their wedding date is before yours.  This punishes those of us who ordered early.  I should have lied and said my wedding date was way earlier.<br /><br />The uncertainly of the robes arrival added stress to an already stressful week.  I should not have been worrying about this the day before our wedding.  There are so many options for adorable robes.  I cannot, in ANY way, recommend working with Shikha.  Find another seller!

She is a crook.  I purchased my robes on June 27.  It’s August 17 and I still have not received my robes or any substantive sattus update.  I gave her 72 hours to send my robes or I will have to fight her through my credit card for a refund.

Runningchick:  what ended up happening with your order? I’ve been waiting 2 months, which is fine as my wedding isn’t until May, but I don’t want her waiting to send me the robes until last minute just because I ordered ahead of time…

So sorry to hear about your bad experiences! I used silkandmore and received the robes within 4 weeks exactly as I had requested.
