@MrsPanda99:  I usually either get french or clear manicures because you can’t see the “grow out” as much.

As far as jewelry goes I usually go simple.  I will wear either diamond studs or I have a really nice pair of black diamond tiny hoops.  Actually I am not sure they are technically hoops.  I also prefer nice pendant necklaces to costume jewelry.  I love swarovski pendants and you can get them for a fairly reasonable price.  (Less than $100)

I have tons of watches and I usually wear one every day.

I live in Texas and most people feel that bigger is better but I feel like the large jewelry wears me versus me wearing it!

How about a “dull” pink for your nails, something more muted and closer to nude to taupe?  I think as long as colors aren’t really bright, they are appropriate for work.

Accessories, can’t really help you there; I never wear them myself 🙂

I also tend to do clear of french manicures. Matches everything, can’t see the grow out. If you want a color, there are a lot of nice neautrals – pale pinks, beige, etc that are nice.

With a suit, I’d go classic and elegant for accesseries. Your stud earrings are great. Maybe a simple silver necklace.

I have this necklace in silver and it goes with everything.

There are multiple shades of pink that are not the loud, bubblegum-pink. You might want to go with ”old pink” that is almost a natural shade, or choose a more raspberry/purple pink.

As for accessories, I don’t always wear them. It’s true it can change an outfit, but if you’re more into discreet jewelry, it’s fine. And it can also be a jacket that’s a different color (depending if your work environment allows it ; I have emerald, fuschia and even lilac jackets that I bought in places like Le Château and RW and Co).

@MrsPanda99:  Hi there.

Nail color – Go safe and expected at the on set until they get to know you. I range from normal pinks, corals and french manicures to dark gray, black, dark purple, etc. I’ve worked with these folks for quite a while so knowing my personality, when I come in with black nails they see me as just having fun and still being professional.

Accessories – Yes, I accessorize. I try to always wear a necklace and matching earrings. Some days it’s a diamond pendant and studs (sounds like you are almost there with this simple idea) and other days I play it up with fabulous costume finds. I never used to do this but when I saw how nice my coworkers looked when they added pretty jewelry, I thought I’d give it a shot. It really does give a nice polish. That being said, I’m only wearing gold hoops and my e-ring today so I’m totally BUSTED on my own advice! Yikes.

for match-everything work appropriate colors i love taupey colors that flatter your skin tone. in summer when i’m more tan an off white looks good, and in other seasons something closer to my skin tone but very flattering with it I like.

@MrsPanda99:  Small pendant with either a single pearl or a small diamond would be very classy.  I would keep my nails a neutral color.

I wear a suit to work (most days), and my nails are always a neutral color (when I paint them) or a dark fall color (usually a very dark red).  I wear 3-inch heels, and the only accessories I wear are pearl studs, a pendant that is a single pearl (a full pearl necklace seems more adequate for an older person, in my opinion), my wedding set, and a watch.  That is all.

Please don’t do french. It’s so outdated, not classic. I would do a dark red, in this style

Jewerly: if you don’t want to wear other rings or change your earrings I would do necklaces. You don’t have t go shopping specifically, just keep your eyes open and get one when you see something that you like. Big necklaces work nicely with suits in my opinion. Pendants are old-ladysh.
