Ok, this may seem like a silly question, but it’s valid for me. I am providing coloring book and crayons for the kids at the reception. Do you think that they need to be available during the ceremony too? Also, I was thinking of putting about 3 crayons in a sandwich bag…is that enough or do I need to put more crayons in each bag?

If your ceremony isn’t too long, I wouldn’t worry about crayons then. It would probably be hard for them to color anyway b/c there’s nothing to lean on. I think 3 crayons is enough. Sometimes they have that at restaurants and it’s always fine. Plus, if they want another color they could always share.

@artbee: Thank you so very much. I wasn’t planning on having the coloring books available for the ceremony. I was just making sure that it was ok not to. I think that I will leave it at 3 crayons then. I bought 8 coloring books and one pack of 24 crayons, so it works out perfectly. Thanks so much for responding.

I completely agree with @artbee.
