My FI and I are taking dance lessons so that we don’t completely make fools of ourselves during our first dance. And also so that we both look like we know what we are doing. LOL when were trying to find our “first dance” music, we practiced in our living room and realized that we both don’t have any rhythm and noticed we were both kind of doing the “swaying” thing. Couldn’t help but laugh and tell him that I didn’t want to do 3-4 minutes of “swaying” so we decided to take dance lessons. The place we are taking lessons through suggested maybe doing a choreographed “first” dance. Have any of you bees done this for your wedding or thinking about doing it?
What is your opinion about this? Is it worth it? LOL or is it a little over the top. I don’t think the instructor would do anything too nuts, she just said it would look better in a video and we might be more comfortable if we memorized a choreographed dance. I figure why not since we are already paying enough for lessons.
