I have a 3 stone ering with channel set side diamonds, and it’s enough bling for me, so I want a simple wedding band to go with it. Where did you find your simple, classic wedding band? Show some pictures too, if you don’t mind!

We both wanted a simple yellow gold band (My e-ring is also enough bling for me). We got both of our rings from iweddingband.com. We figured for a simple ring, why pay a jeweler’s markup? There are lots of metals and styles to choose from On that site, and the prices are fair.

Mine is very simple/modest. It cost $150, then an additional $50 to be sized. It’s vintage, white gold, five teeny diamonds. I love it.
I did not want something super blingy or large either. I was really concerned with not ruining the aesthetic of my engagment ring (also vintage), which was a little hard to match. I basically just looked for something that complimented it rather than competed. I think they almost look like they could have come as a set!

I have two, for symmetry purposes. I didnt want anything to take attention away from my beautiful e-ring. I like the way they frame it. I don’t always wear both bands. It’s more comfortable with one but the other one is there when I want the complete look.

I know some people may not consider this a simple band. It’s a 14k rose gold 1.7mm twist band. I usually wear it in between my engagement ring and diamond wedding band. I do think it would look good worn alone or with an engagement ring.

We are going to have matching wedding bands, both white gold milgrain. They are from the local jewelry store where FI bought my e-ring. We love the simplicity!

Here’s my future wedding band! Very simple ring that my dad gave my mom for her birthday after I was born. Since she wasn’t using it as a wedding band, she passed it down to me. I think there are 11 small diamonds and it’s yellow gold… very dainty! I think I might have it dipped so it matches my e-ring. Good luck @xstitchbride425 on finding your wedding band!

Your ring is highly similar to mine. And for the same reasons you said, I got a plain white gold wedding band. I found my e-ring was pretty blingy and I thought the classic band would compliment it really well. Congrats to you and your SO! 🙂 Check out my set:

The simplest wedding band I have. I love the clean lines of it with my blingier ring. (But I also often love a lot of bling, so I switch stuff up — LOL) This one is 14K rose gold. It’s from eweddingbands.com. I love, love, love that site. Lots of styles and metals to choose from, super fast shipping, and the band is beautiful.
Oh! I forgot! Sometimes, I wear my dad’s wedding band. It’s white gold. I think 14K, but I’m not positive. The stamp is faded and worn because the band is over 50 years old. I don’t have a picture of it by itself, but here it is stacked with my original wedding band.

Mine was my grandmother’s. 1.7 mm white gold with some faint engravings.

swonderful: ooh, I love that!
PerceptiveIntrovert: I like that look, I wasn’t sure how it would look with a completely plain band, but it’s nice
cmonroe5: very pretty! My only concern with channel set is that it would have to match my ering well

lolot: I love your engagment ring, is it from the 1940s?
