J and I have been dating LD for almost a year..Im a single Mom to 2 beautiful kids DS8 and DD4...He made the long drive Xmas Eve..(7 hours) and had planned on proposing then but I had had a few glasses of wine so he didnt...

He was on his knees at the side of my bed and I was wondering what he lost when he said "honey I have one more Xmas gift for you" and pulled out the box..I started shaking so bad..I couldnt open the box..He opened it put it on my finger I had started crying..When the bedroom door flew open and my little one proclaimed " i have boogers I cant sleep" We both starting laughing knowing our new life was going to be full of interruptions..We cuddled as a threesome until she fell asleep when he carried her back to her bed and we could continue our conversation...and I finally said yes..
