@amyinbrisbane:  I’m sure this is really common, so try not to stress more over the fact that you’re not sleeping! When things are running through your head, try keeping a notepad by your bed and writing it all down. If it’s things you need to do, then make a to do list before you go to bed. I hope that helps!
