What type of experience, if any, have you had with this seller? H and I bought a mattress from them less than a year ago and the bed is already sagging. I called them to see if they could replace, etc. and they said they send out an inspector to see if it sags more then 1.5 inches. If it does, then they replace the bed. I've read some horror stories about this process on diff. websites so I wanted to see if you Bee's had to deal with this. TIA
