We're using Dave Matthews Band - You and Me. We go to a lot of Dave shows together. The song is fun and romantic. The line "when the kids are old enough we're gonna teach them to fly" makes me tear up thinking about our future every time.
We had three songs and for some reason I'm drawing a blank for the song my DH picked. Our slideshow was divided up 3 ways, Me, him and us.
My song was: "Have you Ever" by Brandy
His song: I can't remember.
Our song was: "Married Life" from the Up soundtrack.
Have you seen this video? I think it's the perfect slideshow song! It might "grab" you too? (Song is "Oh It is Love" by Hellogoodbye.)

I think all that really matters is that you pick a song that speaks to you/your relationship, and what kind of feeling you want your slideshow to evoke. So if that's fun and laughter, go fun, and if it's more romantic/awwwwwww, go that route. :)
I was thinking about this today after work, when "Today was a fairytale" came on by Taylor Swift. i thought the song would be good for a slideshow. :)

ours has four songs total... it starts with "colour my world" by chicago, then transitions into "you get what you give" by the new radicals, then into "no matter what" by def leppard (this is a cover of a badfinger song). finally it ends with "in a little while" by u2.
