I'm using Microsoft Photo Story 3 for Windows. It's free, and, believe it or not, FAR better than very expensive programs I've tried. Super easy and flexible...I strongly recommend it!
Another alternative is going to Walgreens to get a slideshow they allow you to download music and add text to the images.
I tried it for my sisters baby shower, the only downside is that they have many music selections however not many Spanish speaking ones that I wanted. However you might find the song you like.
Visit a Walgreens stores or website the cd is only $2.99 last time I checked
I've also used Photodex ProShow and it's a fun program to work with. There used to be a free trial download, but I'm not sure if they still do that. It sounds like Photo Story is the best option! Good Luck!

Was wondering what program is best to create a picture slideshow. I sadly do not own a mac so it would have to be on a pc. anything you could suggest would be very helpful.
