Fist of all: "WOOOOOW!!!!!" I don't know you guys but I swear I was close to tears! I think it's cos my story can relate to yours as my FI and I were also in a long distance relationship, and seeing the aeroplanes etc just took me back to all the times when my FI and I had to say goodbye!
It's such a coincidence that I came across this post! I just saw "slideshow" and clicked on it cos I love slideshows at big events and am busy planning one for our big day. I am not lying to you when I say it was just YESTERDAY that I was thinking of making little clips of us instead of just having a bunch of pics!
This was a FANTASTIC idea and the video was shot beautifully! I WISH I stayed in LA/OC to get the help of your friend. Unfortunately I'm all the way in South Africa but I hope to find someone who does such a wonderful job!

Good luck on your slideshow :) Cape Town sounds like such an AMAZING place... hopefully I can make a trip there someday.

Congratulations to all August brides!! Tomorrow marks my 1st anniversary 
When we were planning our reception entertainment, we knew that showing a typical slideshow of a bunch of pictures just wasn't going to cut it.
I really wanted to choreograph a group dance with the bridal party!!! ...but no one else was up for it :(
Then we had a brilliant idea!! Make a music video starring us! And the storyline would take everyone through our long-distance relationship. So, this is what we ended up with, and EVERYONE loved it. Success!
