Weddingbee boards

I purchased my dress via David's Bridal online.  It's an online only style.  I went to the store first & tried on several other dresses to get an idea of size, then ordered.  I'm a size 16 in street clothes, but my dress is 18W & only needs some minor alterations.

Anway, when I was trying on at DB, the sales lady had put me into a slip/bra combo thing that also helped suck it all in...lol.  And, it's a straight slip, because the dress is chiffon, and she warned me w/out the straight slip that fabric would be riding up between my legs & I'd have the "bridal wedgie"....ick!!!

Where can I find a straight longer slip that is also for some tummy control & such?  I don't really want to go back to DB to get that.  I'm guessing other places have to have similar items?

But, it's a tad bit too formal for our wedding.  We're having an outdoor ceremony with only 20 -25 immediate family and very close friends.   My FI is going to wear khaki linen pants, a white button down w/out a tie and the cuffs rolled up, and boat shoes.  His little boy will be dressed identical (found the cutest matching Ralph Lauren shirt for him!), and our two girls are wearing matching sundresses w/sandals.

So, I really needed something with the minimal details, and dress #1 totally fit the bill.  Plus, the price was PERFECT!
