Hello Hive, I need some advice...
I got married September 5, 2009 (over 4 months ago) and still haven't received wedding photos from our photographer--not even proofs.
She is a family friend and just before the wedding, we had the hardest time getting in touch with her to coordinate the whens/wheres and she showed up late to photograph me getting ready and didn't get to photograph the guys getting ready at all.
I've sent her numerous emails, many before Christmas as we'd planned on giving framed photos to our parents, but I haven't even gotten a reply.
What do you think is the best step to take to get my photos without things getting ugly?
