Each year we make our own maple syrup. I am considering making this into our wedding favor but I’m not sure where to find small bottles at a reasonable price. Has anyone used any companies to order glass bottles before?

I used New Directions Aromatics to buy our amber boston glass bottles for our vanilla extract.
They have great service and would definitely use them again, I got 99 of the 1.07 oz bottles for $30.69 and their caps are only like .14 each so I was really happy with the service and price.

I have used specialtybottle.com 🙂

I also used Specialty Bottle. I found them to have the best prices and their customer service was awesome.

With Specialty Bottle, did you guys pay crazy shipping prices? It looks like the ground shipping will be as much as the bottles themselves 🙁

So I’m not going to be any help at all really because I have no idea where to buy those but I just had to say that is such a nice idea and so personal

I used Container and Packaging and was really happy with my jars! They have all sizes/shapes, and I’m pretty sure I had found a coupon online. The shipping wasn’t horrible either.

@bakerella:strange. I emailed them and they told me they do not ship to Canada.

@kermie: I had them shipped to my aunts house in Kansas and my parents picked them up on a trip down there. You can also use CBI USA as a depot and pop across the border to Buffalo if you’re in Ontario 🙂 I’m heading down to pick up a package from them in a couple weeks!
ETA – Sorry I didn’t even think of that initially. My poor aunt was my go-to for saving money on shipping! LOL!

You can also order from Walmart. But it depends on what you want. Some companies do personalized jars. Here’s one I found:

@kermie: New Directions Aromatics also has a Canadian site and are located in Brampton. I ordered from them and picked them up locally to avoid shipping charges.

sciplus.com is where I got my little glass bottles. It’s a science and surplus place that has all sorts of stuff, including bottles, jars, and containers.
